Premonition .... please read

A friend sent me this. I am circulating it for her;

Occasionally we have one of THOSE "DREAMS/PREMONITIONS/VISIONS" THIS ONE.......

I don't know where in USA but know it is a MAJOR one.
There is going to be a public speaking event held in a SPECIFIC STREET,
??? The SPECIALIST street cleaners /checkers are out, each team has a specific job to do and comb through like looking for head lice in a childs hair. My dream ? is looking at the guy who checks the MANHOLES he knows that he has missed one,but SUPERSTICIAN won't let him go back on his steps,THIS MANHOLE NEEDS CHECKING!!!!!!
A stand has already been erected and one side rests half on the manhole cover,there are steps in place to both sides of the stand,the stand has been covered round with canvas/sail cloth (heavy skirting) it is an off white color. I'm seeing an OPEN AREA in the street such as you'd get in a town square there would be a bandstand in this type of area, this is open, the grass is worn if there was any as I see dirt/soil that is sun dried.
