lust is an ego
that humans love to hold
the cure for this
cannot be traded bought or sold


lust is very choosy
as to what it does want
it looks upon all it sees
few will imprint on the mind
and stay there to tease

lust gives you many excuses
as to why it is okay
it tells you go ahead give in
your sad lonely or had a bad day

lust will tell you many things
its natural because of your gender
your suppose to feel this way
and who will it hinder

lust looks only on the human form
whats attractive to the eyes
it never looks inside the soul
where the real beauty lies

so if you embrace this ego
and let it rule your mind
i will include you in my prayers
and hope peace you will find

you must live with your mistakes
and i must live with mine
each of us must learn
one mistake at a time

Eye opening

I have been a lustful person for quite some time, have been working really hard to awaken spiritually & disintegrate this ego. I believe i have made great strides to over-coming this ego.

Egos keep us from being who we truly are. They love to run our lives, and the thing is there is only room for one driver which is our soul. The egos so badly want to drive, but if we stay aware and begin to awaken spiritually we can overcome these egos.
