it's looks to be a journey of self-knowledge
through self-realization but I haven't read it
so I really don't know....LOL
is it at the library or just an electronic book?

As i read from the link you posted WhiteShaman i began to feel something familiar about it, and it seemed to click but without a true understanding of it in physical terms, possibly my spirit understands completely. This mind has had trouble many times piecing certain things together, it tries but will never succeed with things of this nature. From what i have just experienced, it only comes from a knowing without details.

Yes D-knots, it is a very popular book and it is also on-line. Its teacher is very well known and respected.

The only pure knowledge that comes is thru self realization. All other knowledge comes from varied levels of delusion.

Spirit-Being, that familiarity is your higher self rejoicing. I know this because to the mind and to the physical, it makes no sense and nor should it. The mind constructs its reality and therefore is not true reality. True reality is beyond the mind and thoughts and therefore cannot be grasped with the mind.
If it could be imagined with the mind then it would be made up and therefore subject to duality.
Let go of the mind when confronted with such words as in this book.
It’s all about letting go and it takes time.
Each time you let go, you will find a struggle within. Name it, understand it and resolve and release it. Then move on to next struggle and do the same until quite naturally you will find yourself in total awareness. Your natural state of being. The space in which all things exist.

I concur regarding that training has to happen
it's so difficult sometimes to see how an event
must happen but doesn't because of a rut in the mind
from doing things the same over and over again....

luckily, the mind can be trained to atune itself on the more real tack...

why say "I can't do it"
why give up and lose an opportunity to learn....
re-training is all that is needed....
scarry thought how easily one can be trained but if it's put
in a positive direction good lives are "do-able"....

Wonderfully put d-knots

Many times, i found myself analyzing something more Intelligent than my mind could grasp. I have found that there are Intellectual things out there that i don't understand, but find them to feel very familiar. The best way i have learned to deal with this is to let the mind go on vacation for a few minutes lol and see what i am feeling instead. If it at all seems familiar and good then there may be something to it, and possibly the mind could have been getting in the way of seeing the Truth. But on the other side of it go with what you feel you never know what your Spirit might be telling you.
