I am doing great.
What have I learnt?
I learned that at the other side of realizing that I know nothing and that I can know nothing is that what I do know is "me" and I am an individual limited expression of "All that is" and ever will be.
I've learned to embrace who I am in all of it's limitations!

I understand you!
I found me, when I stopped thinking, stopped looking and analysing.
Finding me, has started me on a whole new journey.
I still forget and start questioning, but I now know where to go iside now to calm myself down and just be.
Its not always easy when in the community.
Thats a goal for me, I not quite ready for it yet, but I will be.

I dont know if I have learnt, like you, to embrace who I am.
I'll have to think on that one. xxxx

LOL....being content in community isn't easy at all
nor in family....
when by oneself it's easier but then it's easy to forget about
dealing with community...LOL

having that time, those several hours of peace a day, to yourself just
resting is very rewarding... it's tough on those who can't have that
though some are devoted to community and it's OK....
Folks can either go through phases or be consistant in their pursuit of happiness...
Change is inevitable but why rush it at times...LOL
