Yes, that last one gave me a chuckle.
These reminded me of something I heard Oprah say, I think she was quoting Maya Angelou "When you know better, you do better!"

Never give up do the best you can. Laziness can be our end, when one becomes lazy it affects every aspect of a persons life, and this quote shows me that many people in the world struggle but they don't just lay down, they keep moving and doing the best they can.

Push whatever it is that bothers you behind you, shrug it off, like a dog does when they get a bath that they dont like they shake the water off. We need to shake off the garbage, the negativity. Let it go, or better yet
