a few drops of lemon in water boosts all our metabolims...
it is all my sister will drink....I like it but dang i need a pop once in awhile and my coffee and tea and occasionally a cold beer...lol
I actually beleive when we were seeded/created everything we needed to stay healthy was created as well.. would stand to reason something as simple as lemon would be so beneficial.

Yes, Thanks Mia, gonna buy a bag of Lemons today, and start making fresh Lemonade for my hubby, and will tell my Sister too! (-:
