Healing from psychic attack

A video my friend Joy sent to me, in private message on facebook. I really related to it, i saw alot of what i feel from myself or others.



Before i became interested in spirituality, i did not know who i was, i do know i was someone that i didn't like. I knew i needed to change. I have sent out bad energy before, anger towards others or bitterness. But i work very hard to fix these things, and i believe i can without a doubt. Psychic attacks make alot of sense to me, i mean too often do i feel, when i am around others, that talk about people, and think they know whats best for someone else, but don't have the guts to tell them to their face. I look at it this way, if i see something in someone, and i have any good advice for them, i would like to share it directly with them, and not behind their back. It's still a work in progress, and now that i know what these things are called, the psychic attack. I will be able to watch for them coming from myself, and if i did send out bad energy to a person or the situation, i will work to correct this and send Love right then and there. Would really like to hear others views on this video, and please feel free to share any experiences that relate to the psychic attack, either from yourself or others.

Just found this and I want to let you know I think this girl was very truthful and enlightened. She recognized what was not good around her, there are many people on earth that make or try to make us feel bad about ourselves and most do succeed. I feel the more you like yourself the harder chance those people have in succeeding. Sometimes it take a lifetime before people realize all they have to do is like themselves. No one can come near you to psychologically hurt you if you like yourself. I know myself I took a lot of bull from others for a long time before I realized I was letting them do it because I didn't feel worthy. As soon as my attitude about my self changed my life changed. That actually happened before I started to research spirituality and became spiritual. Maybe that was my beginning and I didn't know it.
