I have had that same 7 min guided meditation by Kelly Howell since. I love it. She has the most relaxing voice!!
Look at my attachment. She has a free Mayan waves also. I think I got these in 2009 because they were the first I ever listen to right after JVP's event and my 2 hr reading. The date must have changed when I transferred to a new folder. .

I don't recall my brain is tired from work today. Daugher and just got home from shopping and grabbing a bite.
I p/u some Frankincense 100% pure for only 24.00! and some lavender. Large health food store about 45 miles away.
Got some green power for my fruit and veggies for my Nutri Bullet also.
If you can't attach, just send it to me and I'll try. Not sure if you are just talking about a link or an actual file.

I love the Frankincense , haven't started using it will the ball yet but I have it by my bed and smell it before sleep. Had a real strange dream last night. Not a bad one, just unusual. I paid about the same for my F at a spirit shop near here. I need to get some lavender I love that smell and it is good to help yo sleep, they even sell a spray to do your pillow before bed. You might want to try that and see if it helps you!

I love lavender bags.
Near where I live they have a Lavender festival. They sell fresh cut lavender. They have two types there in fields growing. One field you can go and take photos in it. I will look to see if I can find an old photo. They are so beautiful. They even sell lavender ice cream. Really good.

It is beautiful and as I go out of the front door,in summer,I can smell it.
I have a small bunch of French lavender in the back garden.

I have never visited a lavender farm but there is one apparently not far where I live.
Reported to be beautiful. The smell of lavender is so beautiful,a musky sweetish smell but out of this world.

That reminds me of the heather all over Ireland! So beautiful! It must have smelled so luscious!
I will have to look around here to see if they sell it, I haven't heard of anyone I know having it!
I use to love when spring came and the Lilac trees started to flower. My grandma always had a couple out in the yard and use to pick it and bring it inside. I also love the smell of honeysuckle!

I have a honeysuckle plant in the garden,new at the moment,I only planted it last year but it has grown tremendously.
Only leaves last summer but has already reached the top of the fence.
Can't wait until the flowers start blooming.....Sniff!!!
