How you feeling?

Despite feeling the lovely energies around this morning, I have felt sooo tired, irritable and agitated.
Anyone else felt like this?

Actually i woke up feeling really good this morning i wasn't in any pain so to speak of which is a plus.I'm sorry to hear your morning wasn't that good.I heard somewhere that it depends on what you eat before you go to bed has a lot to do with how you sleep and wake up the next day.HMMM wonder if that has any truth to it.Well i'm wishing you a good nights sleep tonight with pleasant dreams and a glorious ,thankful morning to wake up to be alive and to continue your good deeds and works that you preform everyday for your family and friends. :nightynight:

How are you feeling today Mia, it is very hard trying to make sense of how sometimes we are feeling, especially when we cant find any logical reasons, on the positive side no two days are the same, and for every bad day there is always a good day to come

I found a lot who felt the same as me yesterday.
They are all close to me though, soul family, so praps we picked up on one another.
I had a bad night for sleeping.
Was on facebook at 2.30am
So glad I got a laptop in my bedroom lol
I feeling a bit better today.
I'll live lol

I am glad you are feeling better Mia To answer your question, i have felt this many times, in some cases i was able to pin point the cause of me feeling this way, and other times i did not have an answer, now i never really thought much about these feelings that i could not find a cause for, but it must mean something, i am sure there is always a cause to how we feel, now i would like to say that i heard in some cases that these feelings could be caused by events taking place in the world we live in, for me i have not experienced this, probably because i have not looked into it. I think you are doing great Mia and i am sure you will begin to understand what these feelings are telling you.

Do you feel there is more going on with these feelings that you are experiencing?

I ask this question because maybe i can begin to understand what these feelings are telling me as well. Everything happens for a reason...

Well, once again I am awake at 2.30am
I am so fed up with this
I did read of a reason for this Spirit'
It was in Karen Bishop's Wings article.
I now going to search for someone to help me sleep.
My friend Tori should still be up she is 8 hours behind me.

I have the symptoms of a cold at present, tireedness, achey and soo cold.
I think its cos I didnt sleep tho.

The past 2 days during the Reiki Healing i am seeing purple, not real light more of a medium-dark purple. This picture is very close to what i am seeing during your healing Mia.



I do remember reading one of your posts when you said you saw purple, what i find interesting is i am only seeing purple during your healing, and i provide healings for other people as well , i cannot recall seeing this color during a healing, just thought i should share this with you, hope you are feeling well and getting more sleep :lovesigh:
