Re: Greetings
hmmmmmmmmmm,
"Amen" is one of my favorites
a moment of silence is one of my favorite prayers.....
the Serenity Prayer is a good one for me it gives me courage
because I have a difficult time leaving my bed to go into the
mess of driving cars...LOL
God Grant Me the Serenity
To Accept the Things I Cannot Change
Courage to Change the Things I Can
and the Wisdom to Know the Difference
I also love when the sun hits the palm(s)
of my hands Reiki style....awesome

Question: What's your favorite ..... .... LOL ..... Prayer?
Hello D-Nots and thank you for the welcome!
I don’t really have a prayer that I would say is a favorite, I like to think I am always in prayer but my favorite quote which is also my favorite prayer for humanity is this:
“You must be the change you wish to see in the world” Mahatma Gandhi
What is yours?

Thank you for welcoming meVanilla2. Your avatar is an interesting coincidence because recently I have discovered how many times I walk thru life not doing the simple act of breathing correctly. Taking time out each day to breath from the diaphragm has given me more clarity and peace.
What made me realize this was a brief hospital stay which was dominated by constant unpleasant blood drawing events which finally ended when I listened to the advice of this one nurse who told me to simply breathe.
The minute I practiced unstressed breathing my blood began to flow freely. It really made me realize how stress affects us physically.
Anyways, thanks again for the welcome!
Peace and Blessings,
WhiteShaman

Greetings
Greetings to you all, :Hello:
I "stumbled" upon this forum internet searching for spiritual forums. I am coming from another spiritual forum (my first), that I have been a senior member of for some time now. I wanted to see what else is out there in the way of forums and behold,
'Spirits Journey Forums' came up along with this beautiful banner design whose design and color really caught my eye.
I find forums are a great way to express the wonder that is inside us as we walk the path of increased spiritual understanding.
I have a lot to share and a lot to learn.
Thank you for having me! I look forward to sharing with you all!
Peace and blessings,
WhiteShaman
