Mung Bean Soup Empty Mung Bean Soup

This is absolutely delicious and filling vegetarian soup that is sometimes called a "vegetarian chicken soup" because like chicken soup it is packed with protein and energy yet it is easily digested allowing your body to not use all of its energy on digesting and direct it toward healing. Of course you could simply eat it because it is good! Thumb
