I wish all of you brothers and sisters at heart, the most magnificent Thanksgiving so far. All my Love, Linda (-:

Re: People will forget...
yes,
thanksgiving
my story is this....
one year I had to realize
it's not about how much you put on the table
but the fact that you give thanks
for what you do have...
we had a box of spagetti and a small can of tomato sauce
that year....enough for a mother and child.
oh, she complained, although the truth (the size of
our pocketbook, sort to speak) may
have taught her to look at reality and how
some get hurt trying to prove Thanksgiving has to
be like the Norman Rockwell picture ( a huge turkey with
all the fixin's) ....well, it doesn't
Reality is the best teacher
Reality is the best sense of humor
Reality can be most tender and worthy of a second thought...
I like Thanksgiving it's a time to really
ponder about "Thank You...."
... but my daughter still expects Thanksgiving to be Cornucopious with foods....LOL
I just know it's no shame to have less food and more gratitude
it makes what you have taste good.
Make a joyful noise....LOL
