Today is a great day Rainbow i feel pretty darn Inspired. Been studying for my GED and having alot of fun learning all over again. I feel like a teenager in high school lol. Anyway i really want to create some art so i might do some drawings today, i'm not very good detail wise, but i love drawing symbolically with each picture i draw. We need a mixture and a balance of things in our life to keep us flowing. For me I have my one American Senior Forum, and my one Spiritual Forum, of which I am contented with both. A sort of Yin and Yang. Smile

Good point Vanilla, i have noticed when i was withdrawn from contact from others as i have during my life, i lack this balance that i need to be happy or become Inspired. We all need each other! We connect with people from all over, we attract to us the people we need in our lives, maybe it's destiny or fate. Everyone we come into contact with is there for a reason. They might need something from us a kind word, or maybe we need something from them it could just be one word "HI" or "Nice Day" but every person has a purpose. Dreaming

I have had an endoscopi but not a colonoscopy. Mine was over within a few minutes, and I'm sure the other one is done as quickly. Wishing you all the best for tomorrow. Rose White

Ha ha, dont worry about the spelling, we know what you mean.

Yes down the throat for me too. Hiatus Hernia and Helicobactor Pylori of the oesophagus, was what they found ten years ago.

Edited to add, of the oesophagus.

I suppose that one of these days I will get to the age where I will be joining you guys, but I am not looking forward to that.

Back in my early forties I started having panic attacks and ended up in the emergency room several times until they figured out what was happening. That all started when I decided that I was not going to be angry anymore Smile so I had to go back to being angry for awhile. It took me about twenty years to get most of that solved. I am now starting to experience relatively long periods of time without being angry or panicked. xxx

Thanks Vanilla Everything went well, they said the colonoscopy was clear the endoscopy there was a little redness so they took a sample and will get the results back soon. The anestia knocked me out in seconds, i was surprised how fast it worked. I did not feel anything, although in the recovery room i did not want to wake up, i was in such a state of bliss and peace, that the nurse had to shake me to get me up. I saw this white haze, i felt suspended no worries, no emotions just peaceful, it was so comforting.

I felt acceptance, as if anything i had done here, good and bad, bad being the mistakes i have made, but i knew i was still Loved. When i awoke, i told the nurses and doctors they were Angels, and that they were also guided by Angels during the procedure. I did say to one of the nurses that i want to be unique and say something they would not normally hear. Whatever that meant, i was still groggy at that point. I'm feeling a little depressed today most likely it was the medicine they gave me during the procedure, just need to clear it out of my system with plenty of fluids. Going to rest for a while & I want to thank you Vanilla, Mia, Sunmystic and everyone i may have missed for all your posts, thoughts, prayers, & healings during this time. I love you my friends
