A simple affirmation

This helps me to remember dreams that i have during the night.
"I Will Remember My Dreams"
Saying this between 30 - 50 times before sleep can help dream recall

Hi, I learned that if I tell my Spirit Guide and Mother God that I want to remember where I go, what I see, what I hear or say/do and ask to remember it when I wake up it happens. You need to be very specific when you say what you want. (be careful what you ask for) I ask nightly for Understanding, Awareness and Knowledge. It may not happen the same night you ask but it happens.

Thank you Spirit-Being for this simple affirmation by saying i will remember my dreams 30 to 50 times diligently i just might put it into my subconcious mind and will wake up remembering my dreams.

This works very well for the last 2 nights i have asked my higher self that i remember dream experiences and i have, i have been too lazy to write them down i will need to work on this. Thanks
