Thanks for this post. I should read it every day. I have a great deal of suffering and I have too many negative thoughts.I'm working on it.That post reminds me of what negative thoughts can do.

Yes you should always think good thoughts for yourself and you will receive good things in return. You might even want to use a vision board. It doesn't have to be big just cut out pictures of things that make you happy and look at it every day and think good thoughts. Try it see what happens!

I find with negative thoughts,negative occurences happen.

Postive thoughts makes us feel better.

To me there is nothing worse than being around negative people or one negative person. Whenever at all possible ( I know in some circumstances it is not always possible ) but when it is, I will distance myself from them.

Another valuable lesson I have learnt is, there is always a posive to a negative situation, just may take some time before it finalises itself.

I like many others, am a firm believer in " everything happens for a reason. " And many good have come from a negative.

I hate anyone whinging.....but then again we all have our problems. Luckily,I have one very good net friend,never met her,but we always help each other when problems arise.
The negative feeling disappears....

I am glad I read this post today because I need to keep thinking positive thoughts. My sister is visiting and she is a negative thinking person a lot of the time and it can be very trying so this post is going to help me to remind myself to keep thinking positive, like I do most of the time.

My sister is a wonderful, kind, gentle person.
Like me, she says what she thinks, but, doesn't think first if her words will hurt or not, or perhaps use different words or tone of voice.
And she is a pessimist ....
I do love my sister and she loves me ..... but I can only take her in small doses.
Yesterday though, I had to go see her as I needed to borrow some photographs she has.
I wasn't looking forward to it though.
I don't know what happened, but I stayed for almost two hours, catching up, chatting etc.
Was good.
Have I changed?
Has she?
Or could it be the position/energy of the planets at the moment.
Whatever ..... it was a very happy, positive visit
