Is it your back,Mia? If it is something like Arthritis buy Voltarol. Boots sell it.
It is excelllent,rub it in gently and the pain will ease.

I use it for Osteoporus. (spelling... )

I was going to get that. A lot of my clients use it.
I only have Deep Heat.
I did mine in pulling a wheelbarrow with 3 sacks of compost in it and a flat tyre
Then I took a client out and lifted her wheelchair in and out of my car 4 times.

Oh Mia! I used to get that with Ken and his wheelchair....not so much lift the wheelchair but haul him out of it!
He was a big guy 6ft tall and I'm just a little gal.....Now I understand...

So sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. Ice and heat usually work well for the first few days then heat. I have back problems also and have to be very careful.

It's loads better today!
Still fragile, but I can walk, sit and bend
