To me happiness means separating oneself from all forms of negativity, people and situations, they just drain you to those same levels. In other words making oneself be surrounded by happy and positive people, only then happiness will truly spread itself throughout ones body, to give oneself a new lease of life.

I thought that this quote was interesting because of my problems with "happiness" . Vanilla, you and I seem to think a lot alike when it comes to the meaning of happiness and creating a "happy" environment. And Joan you are a beautiful person, when it comes to that quote some of us have a tendency to just shake our head a bit , not because we do not understand that it is real, but because we don't seem to have gotten that far yet to place ourselves in that reality.
