Deepak Chopra's Meditation on Desire and Abundance (journal)

My intention is that
I'm connected and
nourished by the
universe and I voice
my intentions while
being aware that I
create my own
reality and I am
abundant and can
receive the
abundance that is
all around me.
I say over and over
I am abundant,
in each moment
there is a gift -
so I live each
moment to receive
it and all the desires
and passions flow
into my heart
and manifest in
my soul and
eventually into my
outer reality
because I am
inspired and I
swim along the
river of cosmic
law.
My breath is
fluid and goes
in and out of me
like a dance
my mind becoming
still and silent and
deeply aware of
the presence of
God around me
as I turn my dreams
and goals into
amazing ventures
that provide purpose,
prosperity and joy.
