AYURVEDA Diwali:Hindu Health Check.

I watched this documentary on TV Monday, hope this link will work for all to see, it is about the holistic approach to the Ancient Eastern Medicine, Ayurveda practiced by the Hindus and would it work in our modern day society. This documentary took 3/4 volunteers all with different ailments and different views, they were followed for several weeks, where at the end of the program we were told there opinions of how they felt and how it worked for them, and how or whos lives have now been changed, the end effect to me was quite remarkable. This is a subject that I would be very interested in learning more about now that I have some understanding of the philosophy behind it, ie: the spiritual aspect regarding Mind Body and Spirit and how we could heal ourselves without having to rush to our GPs or the chemist for drugs. They tend to have a saying of "Happy soul and a happy mind is a good healthy body"
